The Melbourne Research Scholarship is available for domestic and international students pursuing any graduate research degree at the University of Melbourne. This scholarship program awards around 350 new and continuing students annually.

Application Process for New Students
No separate scholarship application is required for students planning to apply for the degree program in 2023. Applicants who submit their admission application before the deadline will be automatically considered for the scholarship. Eligible applicants will receive an email within seven days confirming that their applications will be evaluated for the Melbourne Research Scholarship.
Application Process for Continuing Students
Continuing students who are already enrolled in a graduate research program must submit an online scholarship application.
